A few of the projects that stand out are the ports of entry modernizations, which create a more safe and efficient transportation model in the region. Another project is the implementation of a real time travel application that will provide drivers important information, such as travel time and delays.

The committee works with relevant stakeholders to highlight the region as an attractive location for business through common messaging and the highlighting of regional strengths. The already strong bilateral trade relationship will be highlighted and promoted at trade shows, conferences and other business engagements. The committee also works to promote innovation and the growth of early stage companies by engagement with universities, venture capital firms and other accelerators.
