Dear Friends of Arizona-Mexico Commission,

For half a century, Arizona-Mexico Commission (AMC) has been the go-to organization for all matters that affect economic growth and quality of life in the Arizona-Sonora region. In fact, AMC is a gateway to business connections not just in Arizona and Sonora, but between Arizona, Mexico, and all of Latin America.

AMC retains its focus on common ideals shared by Arizona and Sonora.  It is an inclusive, public-private, multi-partisan organization.  At the same time, concerns and ideas addressed by AMC undergo thorough scrutiny and evaluation at the highest levels of government.

Our mission is to improve the well-being and quality of life for residents of Arizona by promoting a strong, cooperative relationship with Mexico and Latin America through advocacy, trade, networking and information.

At its heart, AMC is a grassroots organization made up of individuals and groups across a wide spectrum. The region's most important industry, non-profit and government institutions are represented, as are interested citizens without any affiliations at all.

AMC understands that a vibrant economy leads to higher living standards, improved public safety and quality of life.  AMC supports this ever-upward cycle of growth by keeping its focus on improving four broad policy priorities: competitiveness, sustainability, security, and quality of life.
