Early Registration:  Mon., May 19 (begins at 9:00AM) - Fri., May 30 (ends at 5:00PM)
Late Registration:  Fri., May 30 (begins at 5:01PM) - Fri., June 6 (ends at 5:00PM)
On-Site Registration:  Fri., June 20 and Sat., June 21

Registration closes on Friday, June 6, and no refunds will be given after this date.  Written cancellations  must be received before Friday, June 6.

**Please note that each conference registration includes admission to Friday and Saturday committee meetings, Friday night events such as the Silent Auction/Gala Dinner, Saturday workshops and networking events, and Saturday plenary session.**
